This latest version of GE-Proton includes updates to Wine, DXVK, and VKD3D, ensuring better performance and compatibility with a variety of games. Noteworthy fixes include a protonfix for Heroes of Newerth Reborn, resolving issues that prevented the game from running. Additionally, updates have been implemented for Angelic Chaos: RE-BOOT!, Rocket League in-game voice, Sword of the Stars, Space Engineers, Full Metal Daemon Muramasa, and Escape from Tarkov.

For Escape from Tarkov, a NOSTEAM=1 capability has been added, allowing Steam users to play the non-Steam version; however, online play is still not permitted. A status window has been added to show when protonfixes are being applied.

An EAC workaround has been added so The First Descendant no longer requires disconnecting the network.

A known issue is that Blade & Soul NEO no longer launches (it’s also broken in upstream proton-experimental).
