This collaboration aimed to streamline processes from check-in to concessions, maintain brand consistency, ensure clear communication, and prioritize guest safety. The goal was to find a scalable, user-friendly digital signage solution that could deliver dynamic content in real-time, enhancing both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
With nearly 100 locations worldwide, Altitude Trampoline Park welcomes thousands of visitors daily. These guests expect a seamless, efficient, and memorable experience from entry to exit. However, many parks relied on outdated tools, such as whiteboards for information and thumb drives for displaying . This approach created operational inefficiencies, inconsistent branding, and limited real-time engagement opportunities. To stay ahead in the rapidly evolving family entertainment center (FEC) sector, franchise owners recognized the need for a new approach. They aimed to maximize visitor throughput, enhance safety monitoring, and create more dynamic in-park marketing. Digital signage technology emerged as the solution to transform their locations into innovative venues.”Technology could be the differentiator that puts Altitude Trampoline Park out in front of our competitors,” explained Grady Hinchman, a multi-unit Altitude Trampoline Park owner and managing partner in Florida. The goal was to improve the guest experience and the bottom line by ditching antiquated methods and embracing technology.

Altitude Trampoline Park partnered with Samsung to implement its innovative VXT content management system (CMS), creating a unified technology ecosystem across multiple locations. This collaboration aimed to align with their use of Cielo Vision AI, a system that continuously monitors activity on the courts using cameras and AI. The system detects issues such as too many jumpers on a trampoline, absent court monitors, or slips and falls, and sends alerts to nearby staff.

Samsung VXT enabled complete control over screens, delivering the right content to the right audience at the right time. The installation included Samsung 65″ QBC Series 4K UHD displays throughout the parks, streamlining check-ins, guiding families through waivers, and cutting down queues.

“Samsung really embraced the vision that Cielo was trying to create with this fully functioning technology ecosystem,” said Hinchman. The immediate impact was transformative, improving venue operations, revenue generation, safety, and the guest experience.

  • Samsung VXT CMS: A cloud-based platform for managing content and devices, enabling dynamic updates and real-time messaging.
  • Samsung QBC Series 4K UHD Displays: High-resolution displays placed at key locations, such as front desks and concession stands, to enhance communication and marketing.
  • Cielo Vision AI Integration: A monitoring system that uses cameras and AI to detect safety issues and alert staff, ensuring a safer environment for guests.

The implementation of Samsung displays and the VXT CMS has enabled Altitude Trampoline Park to achieve a significant leap in operational efficiency and visitor enjoyment. Managers and team members have embraced the new technology, citing its user-friendly interface and the ability to engage with guests more effectively. One of the most notable returns on investment has been at the concessions counter.

With digital menu boards replacing static signage, in-park marketing and promotions can be dynamically updated, allowing for strategic testing of ads at specific times. This has led to impressive results, with some park locations reporting up to five times more sales. The VXT platform also allows for efficient power cycling, reducing energy consumption and saving costs.

“We’re using VXT multiple times per day to make sure we’re engaging with our guests,” Hinchman stated. “There are so many operational efficiencies that will steadily deliver ROI.” The technology has provided Altitude Trampoline Park with a proven, easy-to-use system that aligns with corporate strategy while allowing flexibility at the local level, fostering growth and brand consistency.
