56 Vulnerabilities Fixed in This Release
The security patch resolves 56 distinct vulnerabilities across Galaxy devices running Android 14, Android 15, and Android 16. Samsung Hardens One UI and Native Apps

- An authorization bypass in SemClipboardService (SVE-2026-0916) that previously allowed unprivileged local apps to scrape sensitive clipboard content
- Input validation holes across Samsung Contacts, Dialer, Messages, Galaxy Themes, and AppLock to secure SIM services and user profiles
- Out-of-bounds memory flaws and numeric conversion errors in VC1 and MPEG4 video codecs (libsavsvc.so)
- Stricter access controls applied to the Weaver hardware module (SVE-2026-1829) to prevent local exploits from triggering system lockouts
