What’s Fixed in This Patch
Pearl Abyss tackled a variety of issues with this update. Outdoor furniture will no longer disappear in certain situations, a problem that was affecting player-built environments. The patch also fixes a climbing mechanic that prevented players from getting onto moving objects, opening up more traversal options across the world.
Visual polish got some attention too. The lighting system no longer renders glass materials incorrectly, and a terrain bug that made a section of the path to the Sanctum of Faith float awkwardly in space has been corrected. One quality-of-life fix that players will appreciate: the companion Skunky will no longer vanish after being placed in camp.

What’s Not in This Update
Worth noting: this is purely a stability and bug fix patch. If you’re waiting for new features, weapons, maps, or story content, that will come in a future update. Version 1.12.01 is all about making sure what’s already in the game works properly.
